1. Rudy Project RX Insert Fitting: Terms & Conditions


General Overview

This promotional campaign is run jointly by Rudy Project, CYMOT Namibia and W. Meyer Optometrists. It is designed exclusively for clients who purchase qualifying Rudy Project eyewear from authorised CYMOT stores, promotional expos, or official Rudy Project events.


1. Eligibility & Claim Requirements

  • To qualify for the complimentary Rudy Project Optical Insert frame fitting, clients must have a valid promotional QR voucher card issued at the time of their purchase via CYMOT or Rudy Project sales staff.

  • This offer is valid exclusively within Namibia and must be redeemed directly through the online booking system at W. Meyer Optometrists.

2. The Complimentary Insert vs. Prescription Lenses

  • The Insert Frame: The specialised Rudy Project physical clip-in frame/insert is provided completely free of charge as part of the promotional purchase bundle.

  • The Lenses: The cost of the customised prescription lenses crafted to fit inside the optical insert is not included in this free promotion. Custom lenses will be quoted separately by W. Meyer Optometrists based on the client’s unique visual correction needs, lens enhancements, and prescription strength.

3. Clinical Appointments & Diagnostic Testing

  • Eligible clients must fill out the appointment inquiry form via the designated web page to initiate a booking.

  • The physical promotion card and proof of purchase (if requested) must be presented in person at W. Meyer Optometrists, 138 Jan Jonker Street, Windhoek, at the time of the appointment.

  • Final appointments are subject to availability. W. Meyer Optometrists reserves the right to manage scheduling through our central clinical reception.


2. W. Meyer 120-Year Loyalty Programme: Terms & Conditions


Programme Overview

Established in celebration of our 120-year milestone (1906–2026), the W. Meyer Loyalty Programme ("Heritage Circle") honors and rewards our long-standing clients and multi-generational families for their historical trust in our clinical care.
 

1. Membership Eligibility

  • Membership tiers, specific benefits, and custom "Heritage Edition" gifts are assigned at the discretion of W. Meyer Optometrists management, based on verifiable patient history within our database.

  • To be eligible for multi-generational or tier-based benefits, clients may be requested to confirm relevant family connection records within our customer files.

2. Limitations on Discounts & Promotional Offers

  • Any custom tiered loyalty discounts or "Legacy Discounts" are non-transferable and may only be applied to products or professional services utilised by the registered account holder.

  • Loyalty programme benefits and anniversary discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other active clinical promotions, special package deals, or corporate medical aid contracts, unless explicitly authorised in writing by W. Meyer management.

3. In-Store Stock & Brand Disclaimers

  • Display items, luxury promotional frames, and curated anniversary gifts are subject to real-time in-store availability. W. Meyer Optometrists cannot guarantee the continuous availability of any single international brand model or specific frame design.

4. Amendments and Termination

  • As we transition through our milestone year and beyond, W. Meyer Optometrists reserves the right to modify, adapt, or suspend specific elements of the loyalty programme structures, benefits, and tier milestones to better serve our broad patient base.
